Anyone who builds software for a living knows that life can be like a roller coaster ride with its ups and downs, twists and turns, sometimes spinning you upside down. However, no matter what acronym you follow (e.g. RAD, XP, etc.), it’s all about pacing oneself throughout a given project. In the large, it’s not a sprint, but a marathon. Just take the guy on the left as an example. He’ll still be around when we’re all feeding daisies.
